Creating successful products relies on a fundamental skill all good English majors possess: the ability come up with an airtight thesis.

Taub interviews Jennifer Pugh, product manager at TakeLessons and an English major. Pugh lists three core skills that, though soft skills, make lit majors and writers and linguists extremely valuable in technical product development.

These are things I know I could do better to remember, especially during those particularly difficult stretches we all must encounter from time to time.
